Yogurt Pudding
Ingredients:
Yogurt Jelly
400g yogurt
10g konnyaku jelly powder
100g sugar
600ml water
Fruit Jelly
5g konnyaku jelly powder
50g sugar
500ml water
5 strawberries (diced)
Method:
Yogurt Jelly
1. Combine sugar and konnyaku jelly powder.
2. Add water and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in yogurt. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat.
4. Spoon the mixture into champagne glass until half full. Leave it to set.
Fruit Jelly
1. Combine sugar and konnyaku jelly powder. Add water and bring to the boil over high heat.
2. Pour the mixture over the yogurt jelly. Put diced strawberries around the yogurt pudding. Serve.
