Fry CrabIngredients: 2 crabs
Seasoning: hot pepper, salt 5g , pepper, sugar, garlic, ginger, caraway, cooking wine, oil, caraway Steps: 1. Wash the crab, boil crab in 5 minutes, remove. Put 25g cooking starch in a bowl ,add half bowl of water, mix them and put aside. 4. put pan on the fire and add oil, when oil is fifty percent hot, put ginger hot pepper etc in the oil to fry. Then put ginger and onion to fry for half min. 5. put crab into the pan to stir fry, 3 minutes. 6. add 15ml cooking wine and a little water then cover the lid, oil for 3mins 7. add into the starch water and soya 8. turn off the fire and install the dish |
